diesel prices

Postby 89silverbullet » Thu May 22, 2008 6:21 pm

They say that they are going to stop puting oil in the reserve. that means diesel should be going down...hopefully. My choice on who to vote for will be decided by who ever steps in and stops the price gouging. Talked to a buddy in the oil buisness/rape. he says that gas could theoretically be sold for $1.75 and diesel for $.95 for thier companies to come out in the green.

4.69. er. 4.96. er...........I don't know, my eye's are watering so much when I'm near a gas station it's hard to say, I just go in, give em 150$, and pump it in.
I don't even know how much I get.

Damn shame.

You know, I would be perfectly happy, with 2$ a gallon gas, I think it's a real fair price.
But diesel more expensive than gas?
And 4$ a gallon gas?

I remember back in high school telling my brother, "I can't believe I'm paying $1.26 a gallon for gas". I could go all week on 10 bucks and thought I was suffering. Man I'd like to go back to that.

We filled our 500 gallon last week at 4.59. We get a little discount due to buying 10 to 15 thousand dollars worth a year. I think our price has gone up 20 cents since we filled.

Anyone got a set of midget injectors, midget turbo, and a throttle block?

Or a genius way to collect the unburned fuel and put it back in the tank.

Ive heard people have had good luck with mileage by driving a truck equipped with a DPF.
