thats how it looked wehn i got it. mega dirty (ugh), yellow stuff (double ugh), and stacks (they lasted two days on the truck, only because i couldnt get in to the exhaust shop sooner)

the builder was going for the 79 macho wagon look, but i still dont like yellow crap. and i despise stacks on pickup trucks.

Man, I shoulda bought that truck! I love that look, minus the crappy stacks. ;) It just had a little too much rust for me. I had 1 to fix, and didn't need another.
Besides, I bet it wouldn't have lasted long in the salt here anyways.

Did you notice the last pic I posted? That little bit of yellow on yours has nothing on all that yellow and PURPLE on mine. :puker:

i dont remember the name of that gold. hopefully ccab will come on and set us straight. i understand it was a factory color for that year. sure is a pretty color and looks great on that awesome crewcab. :grin:
