New Job

Postby mprmn08 » Tue Mar 17, 2009 4:34 pm

Well i finally got in at my new job. Some of you may remember a few months ago i graduated from UNOH in lima, oh and was supposed to have a job with Kalitta motorsports on a top fuel team but due to our THRIVING economy here in MI they went on a hiring freeze 2days before my interview. Anyways, i got in at an engine shop near grand rapids, MI and amm currently assembling and machining. Not as good as Kalitta would have been but at least its a job. Also if any one cares we do O-ringing and cut valve pockets for cummins :D so let me know if you need something done and i may be able to hook you up. We actually did the head work and pocket cutting on adam cornwells ford cummins from Central michigan performance diesel that was in diesel power a couple months ago. :thumleft:

I actually was going to ask but I did not want to put you on the spot. I am sorry it didn't work out for Kalita. You will get in somewhere. Congrats on the new job. You should be excited about it. I know alot of people that went to school for a trade and they end up at walmart.

Its hard for me to think of horses. I can only think of a dozen or so in this whole town. We also just lost our last dairy farm in town last year. Just good to hear that some of you guys are doing good. My phone is not ringing at all. :(
