Hunting for sources for a replacement Cat back exhaust kit

Postby RedneckExpress » Mon Mar 05, 2012 1:19 pm

Well, the project list of things that the truck needs doing never seems to get shorter.

My V8 360 5.9L gas powered truck has the stock original exhaust and basically everything past the CAT is pretty much worn out.

Since I'm not infinitely wealthy, I'm trying to find a bolt up kit that comes altogether vs going in to an exhaust shop to have a custom rebuild done.

My original exhaust was all clamp together pieces and most of it would simply fall out as it stands after a couple good taps with a hammer (Some of it has already fallen off).

I've tried doing some searching, but it's hit and miss trying to locate the correct terminology to get what I'm after.

Once upon a time, I could simply pull up my rig on JC Whitney's website, but that's become a joke of complete worthlessness (No print catalog, forget finding ANYTHING for an older model vehicle).

So, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just add your muffler of choice to this setup:

Thanks, I've seen those, but unfortunately, they don't fit the club cab wheel base pickups, only the regular cab.
