Bill still a good chance the float is to hi and when fuel bleeds over it sits on the plate and shaft and leaks out the shaft seal, if the butterfly seals good gas could be puddling up and the shaft dont seal that good anyway. just a thought. should bu able to start it and take out the float level plugand bump the finder and gas should just spill out.
