1 man's junk

Postby 1arock » Sat Mar 12, 2011 3:26 pm

I have cut up a 92 w250 to use as a doner for my future daily driver. The cab was really sorry as the po was a 500 pounder. There are however some usable pieces I would give to someone who was willing to pick them up or pay the freight. I am in spring cleaning mode and this stuff will be scrapped pretty quickly if no one can use it,
1. both doors are solid but would need some dents fixed or reskinned (hey they are free)
2. the drivers door hinges have been replaced and seem tight
3. it has a gooseneck or 5th wheel style tailgate that the latch mechanism is goofed up on ( again free)
4. both rear springs and frame mounts.
5. a shop made rear bumper that has a 8 inch drop welded to it ( this sucker is heavy duty 200+ lbs)
6. a stock down pipe
7. factory air box
8. a fifth wheel hitch plate
9.Windshield wiper parts
10. 1 new rear cab mount cushon ( before I realized how bad this p.o.s. was)
92W250 w/a 68D100 skin,tach, pyro, boost, trans temp guages, rebuilt a518 w/a PTC converter, 4in muffeled exhaust, 3200 gov spring, he351cw,M@H dynamic timing, 5x12s,M@H M3 pin, pump jacked with, 3.54s, 6+ lift, 14.5x36r rubber,nearly done,"What was I thinking?"

Where are you located? I might be interested in the 5th wheel plate.
Thanks.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

i could really use the door hinges. mine are just ridiculous. the po has a stack of washers on the bottom hinge trying to hold the door up at a reasonable position. i bought the hinge pin/bushing kit but have not yet attempted install.

If it is an early 92 I would be interested in the air box.
