Hey. Ive got a 92' D250 that ive owned for a little over 2 years. I got the truck from my Step Father whom bought the truck new. It has been very well taken care of. It has 210k and still runs like new. I hope to be able to learn from you and hopefully have some knowledge to help you as well.

I dont have any major plans for it. It is my daily driver. I put 4" Diamond Eye turbo back exhaust on it, running Amsoil Synthetic throughout, turned the power screw in a little, rotated the fuel pin 90*, star screw all the way down, retorqued head bolts to 115ftlbs. I love to drive it and it has plenty of umph. I might play with the pump a little more but not much. I want this truck to go at least another 200-300k.

Welcome!

Retorque the head bolts to 125ft lbs. I was reading the Cummins method of 90ft lbs then 90* is around 120-125ft lbs.
