NE CTD fan

Hello Everybody! New here from central NE, proud owner of a '92 CC 2wd drw a/t and a '90 2wd 5-sp drw, haven't driven the '90 much yet, just 50 miles home and into the shed. Also have a '98 24v 4wd drw 5sp cab&chassis 3500 flatbed that I bought new, and a small fleet of 60's body Dodges. Way back when I talked my boss into a new '92 5sp and caught the bug bad. Have been Mopar or No Car the whole time. A well known NE parts dealer and nightclub DJ told me this was THE 1st gen place to be! Thanks

Mark's a DJ?!?!  lol:[/quote]
Odd as it may be, in the mid eighties I stopped by a friend's place in Lincoln late one night, and before long there was a bunch of young Mopar-heads clogging the alley. One guy, who had a huge Pentastar tattoed on his stomach, had a car mag with a short article about the prototype T-300 and the rumors that it would be equipped with a Cummins diesel engine! Just in case that wasn't enough of a shocker, they introduced me to the young Mr. Nixon! :dj: Okay, I get it. :nopics: I will get some pics but don't get your hopes up too high, most of my old ones remain in the spot where they were parked when I found the next truck. I am still using a jalopy-class '63 short stepside with the leaning tower of power for a semi-daily driver. The only pics I currently have are of one I sold a couple years ago, a '73 D-300 single wheel with a 400 4-sp and the 9 ft. stepside box, it only had 32K actual miles when I sold it, the truck was begging for a CTD but it was just too nice and original to fool with. I'll get some pics going soon!

You have been erroneously misled!
The person mentioned with the pentastar tattoo (I called him Captain Penta-gut) was a good friend that I hung around with back in the days of my wildness.
Mr. Layne can attest to some of those days.

Just trying to get a handle on the pic process, so please don't nab them for the picture thread, I will get some better pics soon! Please excuse the GM in the background, it is but a lowly personnel carrier. The gray one is my baby, it just turned over 130K, the red and gray has 180K and I still haven't driven it. The little white one, the Blind Tiger II, has huge miles and is a real good truck, especially considering how shot it is. Image Image Image

Okay, the pics are easy enough. Here's one of a more personal nature, out in the shed with a "newborn" 1910 Harley-Davidson. :D  Image
