New from Ohio

Postby Rosst3386 » Wed Feb 06, 2013 8:09 pm

Hey guys my names TJ and I'm from Southeastern Ohio I have been browsing the forum for quite sometime now but just decided to join today I had a 93 w250 ext cab long bed with the nv4500 swap and some other goodies however I sold it after the kdp failed on me and now I'm regretting it everyday! So I'm now on the hunt for another 4x4 5 speed first gen!

Pffft, that's basically a flatlander. :P

We get up to Athens occasionally, to eat Chipolte and stare at College girls, that's about as far north as I ever make it.

Lol that's too funny tacoclaw where about are you located? I make it down to Athens quite often, also if any of you guys know of any 1gens in Ohio for sale I'm looking hard! I had a guy text me yesterday with a w250 5 speed was a nice truck had some rust issues though and he said that the drivers side frame rail was rusted through so I passed.

I'm about 40 minutes from anywhere, right on the WV border. Take 33 to where it intersect Rt7 and you're about 10 minutes from my house.

You gotta watch the drivers' side framerails in these things. My truck leaks enough oil that it's frame looks almost perfect, but I pulled the fuel tank to change my inlet lines and it looked like hell back there. Watch there and where the rear axle bumpstops are, they hold salt against the bottom of the rails there.

I live in Gallia county, right next to Meigs. On the plus side, if you do buy a truck from Meigs you can resell all the weed, pills, and meth you find in it and probably get your $$ back.
