1st Gen truck and 2nd generation of ownership

Postby Comp.ign.Junkie » Thu Feb 28, 2013 5:12 am

Hello, my name is Andy. I am 23 yrs and I work as a diesel engineer among other things on ships. My father has always had a dodge growing up and once I was able to, I bought myself my 1993 Dodge W-250 ext. cab Diesel. I didn't have it longer then a day before I started my project. When I bought it , the previous owner tried hiding the rusted out bed and driver side frame channel. I decided it was worth it to buy and I could fix it. Fix it I did , but it took me 4 months just to find a bed for my truck. They are very hard to find in the northwest. So I fixed all that and now it's solid just needs body paint . I stripped the whole entire frame and painted it black. I have a 3" skyjacker suspension lift kit. The engine compartment t has had most of the attention . Painted the engine and stripped and polished the valve covers. I did the KDP fix , Cold air intake, and just about every free pump adjustment has been done. I also have a DDP fuel pin and governor spring. The interior is stocks except I have a kenwood deck, pioneer speakers all the way around , and white gauge faces over the factory gauges and climate controls with amber LED's. it's my favorite thing to do and I love everything about my truck. Also I wanted to add that I use to be a member but I lost all account info once I didn't log on for a month.
