Hello from Ohio

Postby NateW250 » Thu Aug 29, 2013 11:37 am

Hello all,

I'm Nate. I'm originally from Indiana, but after bouts all over I've settled into the vast farm country of northwest Ohio. I've been a diesel enthusiast for years and bought my first one 2 years ago. At that time I was open to all diesels, just looking for a older crew cab diesel that wasn't completely run into the ground, and that's when I found her....Doris. Now I'm a die hard Cummins fan.

She's a '93 crew cab (Cab off '85) long bed W250, that was an unfinished project. I fell for her then, and have done nothing but wrench, read, learn, more wrenching, more reading, more learning, ever since. The frame and body work was done by previous owner, I took her from there working on mechanicals, brakes, suspension, and all the annoying time consuming little things. Its got ve pump with fuel pin 3200 spring (stock injectors, so I left the fuel screw alone for now), Hx35, NV4500 to NP205, Dana 60 front 70 rear, 6 inch skyjacker lift, more parts to come as budget allows.

Looking forward to reading and learning more from this site, and of course, helping other 1st gen brothers (and sisters) as I can.

Thanks Y'all,

Nate

Hopefully the pic works...

Nice ride, man. 8)

Welcome from the better, sweet tea drinking, half of Ohio. We've done everything we can to give Ohioans a good name on this site so you should have it made.
