New frome New Jersey

What's going on guys, so I made the switch from p pumps to ve. Got my very first , first gen cummins and loving it so far. Motor is bone stock but the truck was auto and now I swapped in a nv4500. It's a nice Change from my 2nd gen and common rail truck but def a lot slower hahaha.

Welcome! It's only slower because those other trucks ruined you! :lol: You hang around here very long you'll be ok. :mrgreen:

We know how to make it faster.
89 RC on shortened 92 diesel frame - NV4500 w/dual disc/4.10s on 37s. - Self built pump, "hot screw", lots of timing, True high volume low pressure lift pump, 62fmw/68/.7gated, 77lpm SAC Inj., Studs/O-rings,- 423/1220 Mustang - 11/16/2013 http://www.TheHungryDiesel.com full line dealer, if you don't see it please ask.

Yea faster is def in the future but right now I'm more concerned on lift, wheels,tires and paint. Between work and ,moving into a new house progress is way slower than expected.

Faster is way cheaper than all that other stuff, since you already swapped in an NV. Seeing the face of someone after you beat them at a race in an old pile (well, mines a HUGE pile) is well worth it ;)

Nothing wrong with looking good. There's plenty of guys that look good but can't perform. :lol:
