New guy restoring d250

Hey guys first post here, been reading as much as i can. Heres my truck when i bought it!

Almost all the way apart, next to my other 12v

And here is where i am at now, just replaced everything in the front end and have just about everything to start my 47RH swap 8)

Hoping to make it a quick 300-350hp truck and keep the VE for now
1992 D250
THD fuel pin, 3200 spring, 57/65/14, timing spacer, 3pc manifold, piston lift pump, ASA intake

The 1st gen was in good shape when you got it (body wise, needs paint). But, your 2nd gen is a very good looking truck as well.
89 RC on shortened 92 diesel frame - NV4500 w/dual disc/4.10s on 37s. - Self built pump, "hot screw", lots of timing, True high volume low pressure lift pump, 62fmw/68/.7gated, 77lpm SAC Inj., Studs/O-rings,- 423/1220 Mustang - 11/16/2013 http://www.TheHungryDiesel.com full line dealer, if you don't see it please ask.

Yep I like the color on that frt. It looks like some sort of electrc blue/purple.....blurple :lol:

I bet that first gen would look good dressed in that too 8)

What 12v only page are you talking out oldestof11?


The body was in decent shape but the fenders were completely rotted under the flares and the roof was rotted pretty bad under the visor, a couple holes in floorboards and rockers were junk, still cheaper to build
This than to have a payment on a new one!!!

Once the body is done it will get some thehungrydiesel treatment though!!
