Just bought a 92 w250 4X4 auto regular cab, blue/silver. The meter reads 312000 and it appears to run great. In the process of trying to get all the abandoned wires out of the cab and under the hood. Found the gear vendor controller (and wire) under the carpet, wish the OD unit was still under the truck. Feels like a solid truck. Going to start chasing small problems, radio/dome lights works intermittently, tranny seems to shift at the wrong times, etc...
