I'm getting this alot:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

i hit the back buttom twice and then hit refresh and my post is there

It happens more than half the times I hit "submit". It's not limited to this computer either, it happens on any computer.

yup just happen when i posted up last.

Page back 2 x + refresh works to get around it. thanks guys :scratch: :thumleft:

i get it too. i hit refresh, it gives me the message about posting too soon then click on the "forum index" at the top left of the page. i hate to say that, but for now it works. i have to get together with ytodd about this. thanks for your patience though, guys.

You are using Apache server, so I am assuming that is running on some flavor of Unix, like Linux perhaps?

Check the server log file. It should tell you what the problem is.
