Is this where one asks questions about the forum? I can't seem to glean everything out of the FAQ yet. Maybe I'm not looking close enough.
Specifically I can't seem to access some areas like "911" forum and links to pictures in posts. When attempting to do this it takes me to another window that says I'm not logged in then won't recognize me if I do??????
Do I need to earn some rights over time, post count, etc.?

The 911 section is for people that give out the there contact info

Name, address, phone number, list of tools, shop, and mechanical experence. Basically its for people that will lend a hand when someone is broke down. So if you are not on the help list then you can not see other peoples info.


As far as links to pictures that really has nothing to do with this site. The link takes you to where the picture file is. If you see some posts that the picture will not come up most likley its due to the person who posted the picture has deleted it themselves.

I still get taken to places that ask me to log in again (this site) then do and am not recognized. ????
Am willing to sign up for 911. Can you guide me to the how to section?

I don't know why you are asked to log in again. I have never had that happen. I wonder if the problem is on your end? Lots of times I get a server error but Im used to that. 8) Thats where all those pesky double posts come from. :evil:

As far as the 911 section PM Swank ( the head cheese ) and he can help with that. I don't add anything to that section. Not sure if he requires a minium membership time or what. :D

Thanks Richie I'll keep working at it. I do have a brand new laptop with Windows 7 and the latest IE version. Plenty of adjustments to make with this and AV/firewall etc. so I have been known to be the problem....
Just ask my wife! :oops:
