lifting a 93 d350?

wanting to lift my 93 d350 around 2 inches how can i do it?

Spring blocks on the rear, stiffer coil springs and taller coil spring pads on the front.
Or you can go the air bag route.

id like to just use my springs there not saggin alot just want to lift it 2 more inches for the 285s, has anyone ever used air shocks or air bags on the front?
