2wd d250 sway bar end links

As the title says, I have a 91.5 d250 that i grabbed a sway bar for off a 93 d350, got all the parts/bolts/ links and bushings for free all I had to do was pull it off. Ordered new bushings from napa , got those but I need the end links that mount to the strut bars... Anyone know where to get them ? Just seems like the easiest way to put I all together if not I'll just make some .... I can get real close to the answer I'm looking for using the search but still no results.... Thanks is in advance
91.5 d250 auto. $800 truck just for fun, 3200 spring, big injectors, big turbo, now have money out of pocket ....

Replaced all my swaybar bushings with Poly from Energy Suspensions just last Fall. So they're still available FYI.
