Did it affect cornering much? (since we don't have anti-roll bars on our trucks like the Chevys)
And did the rear spring eliminate the need for the stock blocks?

ya my truck has all spring no blocks at all. It rides like a half ton, and it has one ton carrying capicity. The corcning is a little better i really didnt have a chance to test cornering. I just see how it rides going down the street, which the ride is night and day.

so if you guy want to now what i had to do to it to install it i can right up a mini story.
for example i have to extend both rear spring 5 inches back on both sides.
cut the rivet on the front hanger.
and all the modification to the rear springs.
and banging back the rear hanger to make sure the spring have full flex
replacing both front brake lines

Did you need to move the hangers, or was it just to optimize flex?
And which hangers did you move and how much?

Im moved both the rear of the truck hangers back. Its the hanger that allows the rear spring to pivot. The orginal idea was to move the rear springs 2 inch back on both sides, but the springs were sitting 3 inches to tall and so when they put them back to the right height. I had to extend the springs 3 inches more. Whuch makes a totall of 5 inches and it made the ride so much nicer, so it well worth bringing the spring back 5 inches. And all tge girls that ride in my truck loves how it rides.

Ok, so if I understand you correct, you moved the shackle hangers for the rear springs 5" back.
But you haven't changed the front hangers for the rear springs, or any of the hangers for the front springs,
and the wheelbase is still stock right?
How long are the rear springs if you measure them along the arch?
Did you have to send the springs back to have them corrected, and what did they do to them, did they just remove some leafs?
Was the extra length made on purpose for a softer ride, or did they screw up?

A lot of questions I know, but I'm just extra curious as I'm contemplating getting a set for myself :)
And I'm afraid of not getting it right the first time, since I don't want to ship them back across the sea.

And sorry for the late reply, I haven't had time to log on recently.

Ya the wheel base didnt change really they just made the rear springs were it didnt move the wheel base.
no i didnt change the front spring because the body mount be so close and the radiator support, so no it wasent worth it.
The rear springs are 55 inches long from center to center
i did have to drive back and get some height taken out of it, but they didnt take any leafs out the just rear arched the back to the height i needed
i had them extend them to 52 inches for a softer ride, and then when they reachrched them down they went to 55 inches. which im not complaining at all with 55 inches so it was well worth it
you now what i tatally sugest any body that want to a mild lift kit to do it. i totally love this lift kit cause no body has bitch at me how bad the ride is and it doesnt bottom out anymore just driving it down the street. so if you have 3000 dollars to invest it is worth every dollar. or in your terms euro lol.
well i now the designer at deaver spring i could just have him make a similar lift kit like mine for you, just let me now i will take the truck back down to them and they could measure it out and it will work.
if you want pictures of the lift kit let me now and i will get pictures, and a price sheet of what i bought so you can get the idea of a budget, but i suggest bilstien shock well worth the 300 i spent
so dont be afraid to ask any question i will help you with deciding

Thanks, I might take you up on that.
But I'm afraid it doesn't look like it will be anytime soon, as my budget has become a little strained at the moment :(
And I didn't realize the price was that high.
