I have a 92 D350 with the Dana 60 I suppose. I found a 60 on the front axle, but how do I definatley tell? I need the axle dia. to order some ladder bars. I want some L&L ladder bars but they have the axle diameter. I am trying to order them from National Tire and Wheel. I measured myself and it was 11in around the back axle tube. The salesman said that there was no way, so i guess i am a dummy and can't measure it right. He said that he thinks that it should have a 3 1/2in axle diameter on the 60.

Your truck should have a 70 axle under the rear. If it has a 60 someone put it there Dodge didn't.
The measurement they need is the dia of tube is not the outside radis.
I can throw a tape on mine tomorrow for you.
