I don't mess with re use of the nylon lock nut, I swap it out with nuts that go on the front axle (D60). Works very well ;)

Does anyone have the Part numbers for the Speedi Seal and 2 piece seal for the Dually spindles? After researching the part numbers in this post, I don't believe they will work. The part number I get from the parts store for my wheel seal is 455086 National Oil Seal.

You are right . I have learned the seal and wear sleave #s I posted are wrong ...too small .
The sleeve should be somewhere in the range on page 7 of this link. I haven't looked in depth yet... If you google the part # starting 99*** SKF you can get price and dimentions from Amazon.

So after a couple of years, I finally got my leaky rear axle seals fixed. So the #99287 wear sleeve worked on my 93 w250 but did NOT work on my 91 w350 Cab & Chasis dually. The W350 had a 3" dia spindle where the seal rides, not 2 -7/8" like the w250. For my w350 I used #99303 wear sleeve and 455086 oil seal. The parts guy said my dually axle was a 9000 lb rated axle.
