Whats the casting number for 350 dually brake rotors?

Postby Bschwarzli » Thu Mar 14, 2013 4:53 am

I am trying to order a set of Brake Performance rotors for the crew cab. Issue is, the Brake Performance website has two different versions of the rotor for a 1993 W350 front Dana 60. My guess is one is for SRW and the other is for DRW, but after speaking with their reps, they can only read their website. (Seriously, they re read the website for me and when I said I need info not on there they said they only know whats on the site and didn't know anything more. Go figure. ) Bigger issue is I think they got even some of the specs mis typed on the website as I dont believe the gen 1 trucks ever came with 3/4" studs!

Anyways, they show two rotors and based on the casting number of the rotors determines what you order. They show 10035 and 99755 as casting numbers.

Anyone know what the right casting number is for dually rotors?

Thanks!

Robert

Well, after much research, there is two style rotors.

The "normal" ones use a standard rotor.

The non normal ones (still determining but I think that spec is for 89 trucks) use a rotor with the sides of the hat chopped out. Looks brutal flimsy to me but both show in Chrysler's system too as 4500 lbs from axle. Very odd.
