hydroboost conversion

Postby CREWCABGOD » Mon Apr 15, 2013 8:25 pm

hey guys i am looking into converting to a hydroboost but i dont wanna spend a fortune. ive heard that chevys used the same power steering lines and they would work with my pump. does anyone know exactly what parts i need to do the swap and the routing of the lines? i just swaped in a 2001 d70 rear disc brake axle because i HATE the old d80 drum axle i had. i still think im gonna have issues with the vacuum booster though. if theres a way to get the vacuum booster to work good then i would rather go that route? ive heard deleting the rwal? will that work? can u delete the proportioning valve? thxs again u cummins maniacs lol

Big Andy
1983 Dodge D150 that has been repowered with a 93 Cummins/518 running gear AKA The Ugly Duck! I would much rather build them then buy them.[
