So I finally got the chance to tear back into the front brakes. I had a hunch thatI the new rotor I put on had was not true so I told the the local parts house where I bought my parts that the caliper was dragging and that it cause my rotor to warp and ruin my pads so I got all those parts on warranty! While I was replacing them I noticed that when I spun my inner bearing by hand it had a noticeable rough spot that caused it to rise and slow or stop/bind. I had previously talked to a friend who is an alignment specialist and he told me that if I had a bearing or spindle issue it would cause definite run out and act just like a warped rotor. So I replaced the bearing as well. Once the bearing was packed and the whole hub assembly was installed I could barely measure any run out with my dial indicator and as a result my jumping/hopping/pulsing has completely gone away!!
Thank you to everyone who posted their suggestions

And to Napoleon's93 when you have the shop look at your brakes make sure to have the back ones checked and adjusted. The auto adjusters are known to rust up or off and then all your stopping comes from the front which will eventually cause rotor issues an symptoms just like yours.

Well, I got my truck back from the shop and the tech said the brakes are cooked. They aren't disengaging completely and are dragging thus warping the rotors. Where should I start? I want to do this job myself this time so I better understand what is going on. Perhaps I should start a fresh thread?

You could take the caliper apart and clean the inside. It's pretty easy, just gotta watch your fingers when blowing the piston out and be careful you don't rip the seals. However, you could get new seals, but I'm not sure how expensive they are.
