Brake parts right? wrong?

I have 93 d250 rear drums measure 2.5 wide, shoes are 3. Do I have wrong drums or shoes? The shoes i bought are 2.5 look right, Any suggestion appriciated.

Ok figured it out, drums are just that wore out, 12X 3 inch. Parts store gave me all wrong parts.

You could have had either width. My truck came with 2.5 wide shoes and I just turned the drums to clean them and put on the 3" ones.
