Funny Mark...
Well, I put the multimeter on the hot wire to the compressor clutch and it was dropping voltage when the clutch chattered. So I worked back to the relay on the fenderwell, and it was clicking with the beat of the cutout, so I swapped relays and it did the same thing.
Then I hotwired the clutch and it worked fine.
Since I replaced the cycle switch, maybe the next thing is the low pressure switch?

Not the low pressure switch.... fusable link would be an on or off kinda deal...

Next check, right headlight ground,... Hmmm :?

Not that either. PCM.

I ended up doing this to work around it. Something is up within the PCM, and I don't have a logic chart of the PCM function to figure out the exact issue.

Of course I simplified the schematic where possible.
I hate to leave it hacked like this, but the issue is a poor ground either in the wires to and from the PCM or in the PCM itself.
The compressor is working perfectly now, cycling as normal.

Well now its my trucks turn :/ Everything was fine and dandy and then today the compressor clutch is no longer engaged. Has a charge. I am guessing the compressor or clutch bit it? Too hot to do any testing and I am tempted to just put a new compressor on it anyway... Any tips for me to figure out what is broken?

Just put power to the clutch and see if it kicks in or not. Simple test.
pete

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.
