Help identify this AC part

Postby Diesel » Mon Jul 15, 2013 8:01 am

Gentlemen,

So my AC compressor stopped cycling. Tested the clutch and it worked. Got the system running and found that I have a good charge. So I figured I have an electrical issue. In order to get it running again I had to use the following hi-tech paperclip jumper. This will get the compressor back on. Could anyone tell me what this 3 wire sensor is and if you have a part number for replacement that would be even better! See pic:

Have a pic of what it was plugged into?

I can snap one but it was the only 3 wire sensor back by the expansion valve. I believe there is a black box and that temp probe thing.
