front spring hanger issues

like the title said my front springs front hanger has wallered the hole out and I need to know can I repair this or just take and replace the hole assembly and drill out the rivets.

I would replace it yes it's going to be a Pain but much easier then trying to patch the old 1

I've fixed spring hangers by welding a heavy washer, 3/16" - 1/4" thick on either side and using a longer bolt where necessary.
1967 Dodge D-100 Town Wagon - CPL 858 4BT, HTT Stage II/H1C 16cm/56cm turbo, '93 CTD I/C, 32K spring, minor fuel tweaks, milled head, NV4500, 1 ton springs, '72 D-200 Frt. axle w/ Air Lift bags, 4.10 Dana 60HD, F/R swaybars, Tom Woods shaft.

'90 W-350 gasser...

Several years. I used good quality, made in U.S.A. Grade 5 or better washers, not common hardware store Asian junk. I've done similar on spring shackles too, or welded them, or made new shackles.

Mine were not wallered out too bad but bad enough that the rivets were loose, I simply took the rivets out and put slightly bigger bolts with washers. Held up for 4 or 5 years now..
1990 W350 4X4 NOW INTERCOOLED 5-speed. Boost/Pyro. Few light tweaks to the pump. Now a dually with an aluminum flatbed!!
