1993 d250 air bags?

hey guys, im looking into getting a firestone ride rite kit or the air lift - load lifter 5000 kit for my truck. just curious as to how the install would be, and which kit is better between the two. does it raise or lower the back end much, depending on the pressure...(i dont want to put too much stress on anything like the motor mounts, drive shaft, shocks, frame etc, ive already got 3" lift blocks in the back. any input on this would be awesome!!!

Had firestone ride rites on my 2011 and Loved them there easy to self install and handled the Load's I Hauled real well .

I had them on mine too. Worked well and the install was pretty easy.
