I want to lower my 91 D350. I found a guy lifting his previously lowered second gen 2wd dually. Will the parts work to swap over? Springs and shackles, front drop springs?

For the rear I can tell you, the leafs are 1/2" wider and 6" longer on a 2nd gen.
I put 2ndgen leafs in my w250 but I transplanted the 2ndgen hangers also.
