ABS code 4

Postby cougar » Sun Jul 20, 2014 11:10 am

Started getting an ABS code 4 fault during panic stops, something that has been happening more often theses days (panic stops that is). The code is for a switch inside the hydraulic unit. I cleaned and resealed the unit once, but it's time to replace it. My searches came up with +- $200 for overhauled units. Anyone know of any cheaper sources? I don't want to bypass it as driving on ice without it just doesn't appeal to me.
