Hey Guys,

I have a quick question, is an 8" box the same from a 1989 W150 to a 1992 W250 diesel? I have a 1989 truck with a have decent box I would like to clean up to put on my W250 but I just want to ensure it with bolt up fine. thanks in advance.

All body panels from 81-93 are the same whether gas, diesel half ton or bigger.

81-89 beds are slightly different from 91-93 beds. The 81-89 beds have brackets spot welded to 2 of the crossmembers. They need to be removed with a saw to mount on a 91-93 frame.

Never seen or heard of that. I have three short beds of various years from 83-92 and all are identical.
