A-Pillar Handles

Postby dr_funk » Sat Apr 25, 2015 8:08 pm

Has anybody installed handles on the a-pillars? Are there any aftermarket products out there for this, or is this a pure DIY mod?

It's a DIY thing I have never seen a grab handle on a first gen. but I'm sure with a blind nut you could make it work pretty well.

There was a member over on the DTR that did one a year or so ago...had a write up and pics. Looked pretty sweet!

My dually came with one on the pass side, not sure what it came out of, but it uses the stock screw locations, just had longer screws installed to hold it

I put some grab handles in my truck a long time ago. The came out of a '84 Subaru wagon lol but the screw holes lined up with the screws in the pillars and over door trim if I remember correctly.
