Brought the 85 home have a few questions wipers and brakes

OK so the guy did a rear Dick swap using like ruff stuff brackets and the Chevy calipers brakes and rotors brakes stop good but seems to have a lot of pedal travel before brakes start he didn't change the proportioning valve not sure if it's that or the fact that it doesn't keep any residential pressure on the rear what are your thoughts?

Second the wipers work but the drivers side goes off the windshield a little but does seem to go down to the right spot (just too big of a sweep) the passenger side seems to have not enough sweep lol

Also has anyone used the cheap ebay power remote door locks? I currently have manual locks and windows I'm fine with the windows but keyless entry would be nice
