Club cab to crew cab

Will a crew cab short bed swap to a 1st gen club cab long bed chassis?
Sorry if this has been addressed a million times, im new and
i searched but couldnt find.

Yes it will...BUT you will have to modify the floors in the crew cab to clear the frame. It kicks up just behind the back of the front seat in the crewcab.

Search on the DTR and CF..perhaps you can find a build thread there?

Hope its not too crazy to modify
Im lookin for a w350 club and family is growing
I would personally prefer a crew cab truck on the w350 chassis that came with the cummins rather than swmapping cummins into a pre 86 gasser

You could also do a body lift instead of the floor deal. Seen a few done that way
