Steering box reinforcement

Postby spencerdiesel » Sun Feb 14, 2016 7:56 pm

So my friend showed me a doodad he got off an old ramcharger, apparently there was a recall for boxes pulling away from the frames and Chrysler didn't exactly spread the word about it.....so only the trucks that actually experienced said issue were fixed.

Who else has heard of this and are they possible to fab up? Looks a little hairy to duplicate

Buy one while you still can- likely his last batch. They work. Or get one in a junkyard thats rusty and fatigued.
