rear drum brake wheel cylinder actuator pins

Postby mweiman » Fri Nov 10, 2017 6:54 am

Does anyone know where you can get the pins that connect the wheel cylinders to the rear brake shoes? Got some from Advance Auto but they would not work and have not been able to find anything searching the internet or any wheel cylinders that come with them.
Thanks,
Matt

I did some quick searching and could not come up with those either.....guess used is the route you'll have to go. You can try car-part.com...they link 1000's of junkyards around north america....might be able to find what you need through them?

Or over on the DTR you can contact a member...Oliver Foster...he has many parts for our 1st Gen's.

How about the dealer? They shouldn't cost that much.

Or a brake supply store, they have brake parts for just about any size vehicle?

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

Call Summit and talk to them. Be sure to has the length of your pins handy in case they ask.

The first pin on that link shows for 11" and 12" drums.
