Does anyone know if the inner bolts by the frame are supposed to drop right in the bushings? My bolts are slightly bigger than the new Moog bushings. Didn't measure, but they are off by only a couple thousands.

Can I freeze the bolts and warm the bushings or should I drill out the bushings?

They need to spin inside the bushing so you can adjust the A-arms when doing alignments. Mopar used that same style of bushing on many different makes and models over the years. I'm guessing you got the wrong ones.
