part number for 9/16 wheel studs

Postby Dualtire90 » Mon Mar 04, 2019 2:01 am

Hi, does anyone have a part number for 9/16" wheel studs that would fit a '90 D350 dually? I want to swap over from the 5/8" studs to run some different wheels but I haven't had much luck finding the correct studs. The 5/8" studs are a .655" knurl diameter with a 2.906" under head length for the rear and the fronts have a .652 knurl diameter but I haven't found an exact length as of yet. At the end of the day, if I can't find the right studs I'll take the rims down to a wheel shop and have them drilled out but I figured I would try different studs first. Thanks for the help.

I would have the wheels drilled out. I don't know what you do with the truck but going smaller on studs is making a weak spot IMO. I know it's only 1/16 of an inch, but it's still smaller.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.
