Selectro Hubs

My pass side hub is stuck and I cant turn it. Is this a common problem? Any Ideas on what is wrong? Does anyone have a link to rebuilding them or at least an exploded diagram?

Here you go Bobby. About a third of the way down there's a good parts breakdown of the external hubs. If nothing else it'll show the order to put it back together when you take it apart and have all the parts laying o the ground. http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/billavist ... index.html
