Don't worry about it, let it set on the stops. I'll bet the drive line angle will be fine. If you hitch is set up right, and the back is stiff, the front of the truck will still rise a little after you pull the chain tight, and stay up going down the track. On my pulling truck, I've actually removed one spring, and may cut part of another one out. In the classes I run I usually can't run front weights. Too much spring up front will cause bouncing up front. Drop the front tire pressure down a bunch too. I usually run about 14 psi in the front of my 33x12.5x16.5s.
