I got all new custom front leafs built for my front cost $450 by my local big truck springshop.
Do you have any pics of your bumper?

I have a buckstop bumper on my truck. With the new skyjacker 2" front lift springs the truck sits okay, but not level. measurements taken with bumper on.

39" from driveway slab to front fender lip
42" from driveway slab to rear fender lip
25" from slab to driver door sill plate

I guess I should have put on the 4" skyjacker front lift springs. The extra 2" would have nearly leveled the truck! I wish I had put in the 4" ones in. I am concerned that after adding the milemarker 12kLbs hydraulic winch the front will get lower.

I also installed the timbrens in the fron as bump stops.

I make lots of leaf packs myself.

It takes some experimentation but it is cheap. Use your original main leaf and parts of the original pack. Just add in various junkyard leafs until you get what you want. Look for packs with more static arch as donors.

I have made leaf packs for all my offroad rigs this way. Nice thing is they don't really sag much, the leafs are already broken in. For instance the packs on one of my offroad rigs are a mixture of toyota, ford F150, and jeep cherokee leaf packs.

Its to bad that there are not that many bumper companies who make them for our trucks. I'd like to get a ranch hand front and rear bumper but I hear they don't make them for our trucks.
