I have a 89 Dana 61F w/ 3.07's and selectros, and the brakes are smaller on it than the later internal hub axles. The rotors are smaller in both diameter and thickness, and the calipers have a smaller opening. As far as posi or not in the rear, if the truck still has the sticker under the hood and you can read it, it should be on there if the truck was originally equipped with it. The nice part it seems about selectros is that you can grab the hub w/ your whole hand and turn it, the internal hub's plastic knobs sometimes freeze in the winter. One of the drawbacks is that to my knowledge, selectro is the only one who makes replacements, while several companies make aftermarket internal hubs.
