Find a donor cab with good mounts. I cut the mounts, floors, inner and outer rockerpanels out of a reg cab in 1 piece and welded them back into a club cab. The floors were the same from the seat mounts forward. The only difference was the trans hump. The 2wheel auto trucks have a smaller hump.

This is all that was left of my cab mount and floor on the drivers side.

Rich, the right side is off a little bit. I think you should cut it out and adjust it to where it should be. ;)

Dieseljack, if you have most of the mount left, you can cut it out and make one, or have it made.
I bought a donor cab and swapped the whole mess. Too much like work!

I know Pete. I was surprised at how close they were though.

The easyiest solution is to find a cab that is bolt on and go complete with the correct wires. I had the cab and there was no way I would find a good extended cab's cab up here in rust world. I figure my time is free. ( I know its not ).
