ok guys both front and rear brakes went to crap today adn im wondering abotu the rear brakes. i have been reading alot of forums about it and im just wondering if anyone has dont it on here? i want to keep my parking brakes so i have to use 77-78 cadilac eldorado calipers. guys say to use 82-95 f250 diesel rotors. so i found a website that has a kit that has brackets, rotors all in one kit minus the calipers. here is the web site.

when i put rear disc on my ramcharger (with dana 60 rear axle) i used a kit from ebay that came with everything. the rotors and calipers were from a 78-ish chevy K20. the caddy calipers are the same but with parking brake provisions. ive never heard of using the ford rotors, so i dunno.

my kit was $300 shipped and came with everything. ive always thought this streetrod place was overpriced. you can find the brackets on ebay and buy the rest from a parts store, and maybe save a few bucks.

I used Ebay brackets from GreatLakesOffRoad and K20 rotors & calipers as I didn't want caddy calipers I went to a driveline parking brake setup.

I did an install of a similar kit using the Eldorado calipers so as to keep the PB. It too uses modified Ferd F250 rotors. If I remember correctly, the inside diameter is bored out to fit the DANA70/60 hub, and the stud holes are enlarged to fit our studs. They work very well.
