How the heck do you remove the windshield wiper from the swivel pin?

I was out in the rain and found that part of the passenger rubber had torn and needs to be replaced...but danged if I can get it off the arm.

Medium blade straight tip screwdriver. Insert between the arm and the old blade and twist.

Thanks, that worked for the drivers side....the pass side broke off

They have been on there a LONG time.....
