17 on first gen?

Will a set of new alloys fit on my 92 W250

Looking to go a little bigger than, the standard 235/85/16

Alloys in question would be off a 3rd gen 3/4 ton ram,

Also will chevy 8 lugs fit, since they are a wider rim, stock steel rims

Do I need to worry about the hubs fitting in the middle or will they have to be opened up like done with the hummer wheels
