I'd find the cross member where you can mount the center support bearing and do the measurements off there. I'd get at the very least a 3-1/2in, maybe even 4" driveshaft if I had to have it made. Stock was 3-1/2 I believe, for the rear. Might have been only 3" on the front, but no smaller.
I'd also try to get the lengths a little closer to even, along with the angles.
