Pickup Retread Tires

Postby doublel89 » Sun Nov 22, 2009 8:10 am

Heard about these from a guy who was running some. Ordered a set of 235/85R16 10 ply's for my rig, going to try them out. I got their Crawler M/T's. All 4 tires with shipping was only just under $400! Anyone had any experience with them?

I did, tires made it about 30k on my 05, I rotated them often. If you drive hard a lot they wont last long, pretty soft compound, or at least the style I had did. Overall I would have bought them again, except I wanted to step up a size and they didn't carry it.

Good info! Those tires look like good snow tires. I'd like a set of 305's or 315's in a 17 and they don't make them that big. Yet. Site said they're working on it.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

Had them on about 2 weeks, strange to have traction now with both the drive and steer axle. Front wanders more than it used to but I truly feel that it's due to the added traction. Also put in bolt in style valve steams, finally able to get them sealed on my stupid aluminum wheels. So Far So Good, Knock On Wood.
