It's pretty easy, I think the only tool needed is a phillips screwdriver.
Pull off the trim around the headlights, pull out the turn signals. Pop the hood. Remove every phillips head screw you can see, some of them are hiding in the lower insert area. Once you have all the screws out, the grill will just pull off. Turn it around and remove the screws holding the inserts.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
